All merchandise should be returned in new condition, with original packaging, accessories, parts, instructions, manuals, etc. If you paid with a personal check or money order, we will send you a refund check. If you used a credit card, we will credit your account. Due to health and safety concerns, items designated as “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned for credit, refund, or exchange.
